Biographical Sketch

I was born in Newark, N.J. and graduated from Arts High School.

After graduation from Philadelphia College of Art in 1962 I became a textile designer in New York City.

Entering the teaching profession in 1966, I remained there for 30 years.  During that time I returned to C. W. Post College on Long Island, obtaining an M.S. in Education, and M.A. degree in Contemporary Painting.

I worked on my paintings and showed in various banks, libraries, and galleries on Long Island.

In 1997 I moved to Santa Fe and pursued pottery, and watercolor painting, and continue to this day.
